Ingredients

1. Thuvara parippu - 1/2 glass
2. Curry leaves
3. Salt
4. Turmeric powder

5. Vellarikka
6. Carrot
7. Muringakka
8. Potato
9. Tomato

10. Oil
11. Kaduku
12. Curry leaves
13. Vattal mulaku

14. Cheriya ulli
15. Vendakka
16. Pachamulaku
17. Vazhuthananga

18. Coriander powder
19. Chilli powder
20. Fenugreek powder
21. Salt
22. Kayam

Steps

1. Take in pressure cooker ingredients from 1 to 4 and add water. Cook until 1 whistle.
2. Add ingredients from 5-9 to the cooker and cook until 1 whistle.
3. In a kadayi add 10 to 13 for tadka and then add 14 to 17 and cook. Once it is cooked add powders from 18 to 22. Add just 1/4 cup of water and mix well
4. Add this mix to the pressure cooker and heat for few minutes.
