Mambazha pulusherry
Ingredients
1. Small mangos - 5
2. Salt - to taste
3. Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
5. Green chilli - 4/5
6. Water - to cook mango
7. Curry leaves - 8/9 leaves
To grind
8. Grated coconut - 1/2 coconut
9. Jeera - 1/4 teaspoon
10. Water - to get the consistency
For tadka
11. Kaduku
12. Uluva
13. Vattal mulaku
14. Curry leaves
15. Oil
16. Curd - 2 cups
Steps
1. Remove the mango skin, take the pulp and mango seed. Squeeze the pulp from the seed also.
2. Put ingredients from 1 to 7, in a pan and cook.
3. Grind ingredients 8, 9 and 10 to a smooth paste.
4. Mix the coconut paste to the cooked mango mix and heat it
5. Add curd and mix . Dont overheat it.
6. Do the tadka with ingredients 11 to 15 and add the tadka to the mix.
