Multigrain Dosa
Ingredients
1. Rice - 1 cup
2. Uzhunnu - 1/2 cup
3. Payar - 1/4 cup
4. Soochi godambu - 1/4 cup
5. Thuvara - 1/4 cup
6. Chickpea - 1/4 cup
7. Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Kayam - 1/4 teaspoon
9. Salt - to taste
10. Oats - 1/4 cup
Steps
1. Soak ingredients 1 to 6 for 6 hours
2. Grind the soaked ingredients and oats an hour before we want to make dosa.
3. Add ingredients 7, 8 & 9 once the batter is ready
4. Keep the batter 1-2 hour and the make dosa.
