Iddly / Dosa batter

Ingredients

Rice - 4 cups
Urad dal (whole) - 2 cups
Fenugreek seed - 1 teaspoon
Salt

Preparation

1. Soak the 3 ingredients for 5-6 hours
2. Drain the water
3. Iddly -Grind it to a thick consistency.
4. Dosa - Add 1/4 cup of water to the thick  batter and loosen a little bit for perfect dosa
