Paalappam


Ingredients

Raw rice(Pachari) -3 cup
Biriyani rice(Basmati) - 1 cup
Yeast -1/2 teaspoon
Coconut milk -2/3 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp

Soak both rice together for 6 hrs

Preprations

1. Grind 2-3 tbsp soaked rice , add water and cook, until thick consistency. Set aside this rice batter

2. Prepare coconut milk - Take 3/4 grinded coconut, add required water to it and grind Require a total of 2-3 cup coconut milk

3. Grind remaining soaked rice along with coconut milk, sugar, yeast and the cooked rice batter.

4. Keep the batter to ferment 4-6 hrs
